Softnous reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
Full Refund Before Work Begins
A full refund will be issued if our team (digital marketing experts, designers, content creators, or other staff) has not yet started the project only by consulting our team.
Partial Refund in Case of Delays
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe after the initial plan/strategy/design is approved, we will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed.
No Refund After Project Completion
Once the project is completed and delivered (such as campaigns launched, website delivered, or marketing assets handed over), no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to cancel the project at any stage, a proportionate refund (to be mutually discussed and agreed upon) may be provided.
Work Already Done
No refund will be provided for work already completed or the days/resources already utilized on the project.
Client Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our work at any stage, you must notify us immediately at info@softnous.com. We will work with you to offer possible solutions or discounts for any perceived shortcomings. Requests made after project closure will not be entertained.
Third-Party Services
No refunds will be possible for services purchased from third-party vendors such as domain names, hosting, advertising credits, APIs, or extensions, as they are beyond our control.
