3. Client Responsibilities

- The client is responsible for securing proper rights and permissions for any content provided (text, images, videos, etc.).
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables as agreed (e.g., website, campaigns, designs).
- Softnous retains the right to showcase non-confidential completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.
6. Limitations of Liability
- Softnous will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as they depend on multiple external factors.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
- Softnous may use third-party services (such as hosting, domains, APIs, or ad platforms). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes caused by such third parties.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- In such cases, payments for work already completed must be cleared.
9. Policy Updates
Softnous reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
